Google "pull out pantry unit" or "pull out broom closet" and things pop up. I couldn't immediately see a source for that style but I'm sure that would be a good start.

Plus I think you'll find that is a custom piece as the company the photo is from offers custom storage as part of their remodeling services. Custom Storage

You may be able to buy a pull out pantry and customize it for brooms etc

Also check out Ballard Designs for furniture (inc club chairs and ottoman) and decorative items, and Wisteria for the decorative items. That style is called a Rising Track Arm and it has a T-Cushion on the seat. That piece is not made very well, you can do better. Look at the overhang on the cushions over the seat spring edge, that's poor workmanship. This Taylor King is much finer execution (available in a loveseat) and more crisp. I have contacted Rev-a-shelf and its not from them and I just keeping finding this pic all over pinterest but no one knows where its from.

I agree you can have a custom cabinet maker make you something similar, working with existing components to build the exact interior that meets your needs. I love my cabinet maker.
