Please help...we're reno-ing main floor and need help with our powder room. The interior of our home will be Simply White including powder room. Our main floors are engineered hardwood in a beachy sand colour. We're thinking of hexagon or herringbone floor tile in oriental white marble. What size should we use? We've seen hexagon in 9.5 x 11 cm and 7 3/4 x 8.5 cm (they come in 30 x 28 sheet size) and herringbone in 2 1/4 x 7.5. Any other style suggestions would be great too. Also, we have 3 children which equals more mess so we were wondering if we should use a different tile (possibly white subway tile) half way up the wall. Would really appreciate any help.

Also, we don't have any furniture at the moment but our kitchen is now Oxford white. A lot of white but our house was dark colours with a black kitchen before. Any help would be so appreciated. Thank-you!
