Lighting Design Dilemma dining room

needing help finding similar lighting fixtures

I found this lighting fixture at Menards but I haven't been able to find anything similar. I am wanting it in bronze. I particularly like the caged look, with the glass around the bulbs (like the one in the picture). can anyone help me find something similar? I'm having no luck.

We really like this light fixture for our kitchen island which is 10'x4' (width of these pendants is ~4'). We have an open floor plan so the dinning room is next to the kitchen and island and we will have rectangular dinning table. Do you have suggestion for what type of fixture we can use for dining that goes with this?
