Help with Bedroom Split AC

Struggling to have a neat installation of bedroom split AC. The AC is above the window, and back side of this wall is the elevation of the house, so trying not to ruin it by punching a hole through the wall. The installer has recommended making a duct from point C to B to connect with outer unit, however, I'm not too comfortable with the visible duct/pipe in the room. Can anyone suggest how to make it less obvious, or how to make it look like wall design or something which looks balanced and less of pipes running through

A - Mains connection

B - Duct on the ceiling, connected to roof to allow copper/cooling wire from the indoor unit (if used, back wall will only need to be punched for the drain, hence a smaller/less obvious drain)

A - C - estimated width of the split indoor unit

He suggests the drain to be punched out through the wall below point A.
