I'd say more likely to be a species of Consolida (larkspur) rather than delphinium. Consolida ambigua (C. ajacis) has naturalized widely across much of the midwest so that it appears to be almost a wildflower :-) Self-seeds freely, which IME, delphiniums do not.

If those are its leaves below I'd go with Erodium. Given your location try E texanum.

Hawaii has had all sorts of issues with newcomers. Between the rats, mongeese, pigs, fire ants, assortment of invasive plants, and humans, the islands are all sort of a disaster. Even (or especially) the waters around the islands are in bad shape, and not just from coral bleaching. Peacock grouper and various non-native snapper have wreaked havoc on the smaller reef fishes. The native islanders must continue to be forlorn about the state of their homeland and how quickly it’s changing.
