Recomendations for decent quality children's furniture
Comments (8)Hi Smile, I think "decent quality" is very subjective. What may be decent to me may be poor quality to you, and as I've read in other threads you can't always trust review as we don't always know why exactly someone is returning furniture. I looked at the links you gave and I like the look of the furniture. If you have concerns have you tried to make contact with the website owners or suppliers and question them yourself? Voice your concerns to them and see what response you get, ask about their guarantees and their opinion of the "quality" of their product. Maybe ask them for some references of people who have purchased their furniture, you may get a bias customer but atleast they are willing to give out a contact or two. It's great to get other people's opinions and weigh them up, but if you really like someone's furniture, check directly with them - it may save you alot of time and put your mind at ease or really get a strong sense to find something else....See Moreaffordable furniture stores in IL?
Comments (1)Goods Furniture in Kewannee has a large selection and good prices for a local store. They're about 90 miles west of Chicago. I was out there once many years ago. I buy all my furniture from SC/NC, while I would love to buy locally, no local stores can come even close to the prices I have gotten out of state. I recently purchased two Classic Leather Sofas from Elite Interiors in SC. My local stores price was almost 40% higher! I also priced them at FLS(22% higher) But I have bought from them in the past. I also purchased a Hooker BR set, and once again their prices were great- local stores(3)were 28-38% higher! (and I am including their shipping prices in my #'s) I do try to do most of my shopping online now, as to not bother people I'm not going to buy from. Good Luck...See Moredecent quality affordable kitchen cabinets
Comments (11)i have had my medallion silverline lancaster cabinets in maple brandywine stain for a couple of months now. we also had to watch our expenditures as we plan to sell in the next 5-7 years (hopefully since i hate winter!) the silverline with mostly drawer bases were 8k (19 total cabs with 1 lazy susan and 1 ez reach corner upper) a similar shaker door was about the same in kraftmaid through lowes. showplace was 12k. diamond were about 1500 more than km or medallion. we had some quality issues with the boxes and finish but my kd got most flawed items swapped out and medallion agreed to supply decorative ends as the upgraded ends had weird spots on them. in the end, i was glad i had a great kd handling things. if i could do over, i wouldn't do the maple with brandywine again as it shows every little mark from fingers, etc. the maple has a few dings so i am thinking it isn't very hard wood. i have never had soft close and love it! overall i am super picky so i was probably expecting a little too much for my price point. everyone who sees the kitchen is wowed, only i see the little flaws:)...See Moreaffordable shipping ideas for furniture?
Comments (9)I sold some armchairs on Craigslist and the buyer was in Atlanta. He used www.roadie.com which is kind of like Uber for stuff instead of people. Someone came to my house, picked up the chairs, wrapped and loaded them and off they went. Buyer paid me via PayPal and paid roadie directly. Their rates seem fairly reasonable considering insurance is included and you don't have to box or pack anything. Good luck!...See Morechiflipper
