Check Out the Florida Gardening Magazine Page On Facebook!
Comments (5)I saw that a few weeks ago and on their facebook page I spotted the John Starnes' Urban Farm: My March Classes link. I went to check out his class on unique summer crops last saturday. This guy is very strange and I do not recommend his 'classes'. He has a tiny 2 br house with broken mirrors as flooring - no kidding - with a dog walking around on them. His yard is a complete mess. He takes forever to tell you anything and he doesn't tell you much. When Nick went to use his bathroom, he asked Nick to not flush, then would Nick please pee in the yard instead. That was kind of gross and we all know sewage and vegetables don't mix. Nick didn't feel comfortable with that and used the toilet. The guy obviously knows something so it's a shame but he just isn't organized and his strange personal life is too present to relax and enjoy the class even if it was organized. He is a rosarian, here is an article about him. I think if he gave a rose class and I was crazy about roses, I might reconsider going, but I'd be prepared for the total weirdness. Here is a link that might be useful: times article...See MoreMy Facebook page got spammed by a 'Singles' link

Comments (0)Hi! Okay, I usually have no problem figuring most things out. But the "new" facebook has stumped me! lol I wanted to post a jpg on it. I can upload it, but when I say share, it doesn't show up on my facebook homepage. Somebody posted to it, so I'm assuming that they were somehow notified that I posted a new picture, but it shows on my page, (when you click on your name at the top right) and not on my homepage where you can see everybody's posts. Is that the way it works? I can see Alisande's and Casey's pictures on the homepage, along with all my friends posts, but NOT my picture? I'm so confused. Wish I could have another cup of cofee! ahahahaha...See Morefacebook questions... putting photo on page
Comments (4)You are not alone! I was wondering the same thing. I posted a pic last night. It shows on my page but not on my news feed page. Everyone else must be able to see it except the person who posted it. I liked the old facebook better!...See More- Emily H6 years ago
