Larry, It sounds like a Bryophyllum, which are related to Kalanchoe. Picture - load your picture up to a photo-hosting service, like PhotoBucket or Flickr. Once the picture's there, get its 'a href....' code (copy it from the site and paste the code in the body of your message here) and hit 'Preview' - your pic should show up. In the interests of full disclosure, if it is a Bryophyllum, it's considered by many to be a weed, (particularly in Mediterranean climates, where it grows faster than inflation), but what do many know?

Now I can see :) Still, pretty good looking plant. You can propagate bottom leaves - while there is never 100% guarantee that they will sprout, there is a good chance. OTH, you can prune off top, leaving 2-3 old leaves on the stem and it is possible it will continue growing. Here is a photo of 2 leaves being propagated and bigger plants later on - you can see original leaf in bottom photo (top leaf is still there, but cut off the photo) - I leave them, until they completely dry up:

Agree with Emily and CactusMcHarris. Back right of pic 1 appears to be an echeveria peacockii. The one behind the Sedum.

It grows stacked - taller. Usually, more upright, so watch not to overwater. You can separate when repotting, but that will not stop plant from growing taller. Either bigger pot for all, or 3 separate pots (size of existing would be plenty for single plant). Flowers are quite insignificant - very small, on usually long stalk.
