The console table will have to go on the wall opposite the gallery wall with a cuple of stools underneath the console and a huge piece of art above the console the problem is the console can’t be too deep since it will stick into the hallway and impede movement visually if not actually . So along console not too deep with a couple of stools underneath

I would use a different light fixture to draw the eye up. I can't really tell what you have now, it looks like a blob of light on my monitor. Use a very attractive light fixture in your style, hung lower, to grab attention.

Then get a very attractive long runner. I like the idea of a console table with stools underneath it.

I have no idea of your style so here are a couple of examples in two widely different styles. Wallpaper treatment above the wainscoting might be just the thing to bring the eye up too.

Because that entry way is so long, I would get two matching entry way tables that are relatively shorter and put them along the longer wall that is currently blank. And then I would decorate them matching in terms of lamps, art, mirrors, etc. whatever you're going to do. And then I would take down the personal pictures on the gallery wall and hang one larger piece of art there.

Get a runner.
