Are you sure you want the two different knobs for hot and cold water? That would be a big annoyance if you cook or use the sink very much. You might want to be really sure you’re comfortable with all the fiddling required to get the right temp and water pressure, before you invest in that faucet.

@backstroae Ours are Berenson Hearthstone. I just went and measured and the larger pulls do stick out a bit more than the smaller ones, but not by a lot. On our one 30" drawer we used a 160mm pull as the 12" looked too big. But seriously... if you can buy one of each pull size and hold them up to each drawer, do so... we would have not bought the right sizes if we had just guessed. Also, to anyone who reads this who may be considering Berenson brushed nickel hardware. It is fantastic and shows no smudges no matter how greasy my hands are... they look perfect still. We used cheaper pulls in the bathrooms and those show every fingerprint (as does Kohler's BN hardware so I guess it sort of matches).

Have you seen a full wall done with those tiles? It will be dark and busy and the main/first thing people will notice in the kitchen. It is also a design that became popular about 10+ years ago and has mostly run its course. Are you open to other suggestions? It will look like this, but darker with your wood cabinets.

Get the ceiling done 1st. It makes a mess. Protect everything under. Then continue on the rest. It will make a huge difference. White trim windows. If do backsplash just under part way, do a slightly different shade or same paint color to blend the end of tile line Avoid high contrast or the tile line will divide the wall too much horizontally. A photo example done right. or Maybe tile the whole window wall to end of base cabinets. Overall it looks like it will come together nicely.
