how to clean acid stains off interior brick wall

Hello everyone! I have a interior common brick wall that was done few months ago and was cleaned with acid. the wall turned out great except the mortar was more lighter then expected. A few weeks after I noticed my brick started forming white crystals also known as efflorescence. I used a vacuum to clean it up and some of it actually got absorbed back into the brick leaving a white stain. I attempted to clean it with an efflorescence remover. I sprayed the wall with a low pressure pump and the efflorescence remover solution. The brick wall fizzed a little and absorbed it I think even though I washed it down with a garden hose. My problem now is I have patches of white stains here and there and it's bothering me. I plan on washing it just with a high power washer. Will this remove the white patchy stains? Please help! Thank you
