Has anyone use LG Viatera?
Comments (1)I have a black with gold fleck Viatera. It's completely care-free and tough. It never needs sealing. Compared to granite it's much more uniform in color, so you don't get any natural variance, which may or may not be to your liking. I also don't think it has the same gleam as granite but I don't care about that. I suppose you could wax it or something. Quartz is harder than granite too, so you don't need to pussy-foot around it with knives and tools and hot pots. Plus, haven't you heard, granite is radioactive. :) Here is a link that might be useful: What's Lurking in Your Counter...See MoreLG Viatera Muse and Karis Quartz

Comments (22)Oh, Thank you Barbara! I wasnt sure if that was Aura on the counters or not... I have the added challenge of having a collection of mid-century dinnerware called Stangl that has a creamy white base and then very colorful flowers, edging etc, displayed on my walls, but when I hold the sample cabinet door in Simply White up to it the door makes the pottery look yellow. WIth SImply white on the trim --already--it doesnt have that yellowing effect on the pottery. And the SW does not look at all yellow in my kitchen- just a soft white. Way more challenging to balance out all the elements than I thought!! Thank You for you input!...See MorePhotos LG Viatera Quartz in Forte?
Comments (14)I think it falls in the middle allowing you to move it in either direction. It’s a bright white with dual color veins - silver/gold. We wanted a warmer kitchen and we’re able to achieve this by bringing out the gold/bronze with the hardware and wood floors. I think you could do same with cooler tones. The two tone color variation makes it very versatile....See MoreLauren
