I think what you want to do can be done. You should use the top switch (light control) to select the high/low setting. You are basically going to use this switch to open and close the connection between the orange and blue wires. The lower switch is the standby switch. This switch will open and close the connection between the orange and and yellow wires. You also need to decide whether you want to have high and low air flows of 20/10 CFM, or 40/20 CFM. You do this by plugging in the wire connector on the fan in the appropriate receptacle.

You program the time to run for 20 minutes every hours, and you can manually turn it on whenever you want. You can program it to be a count down timer. These are two independent timers.

Study the two wiring diagrams, and draw your own diagram on how you are going to connect everything,

See that's what I thought.... From ERV to switch would be:

Orange -> Black

Yellow -> Red

Blue -> Blue

Then I ground the green in the box, but what about the white wire that's left over?

Ha! NVM I found my volt meter and figured it out. I was assuming the orange wire acted as the positive wire, but it was actually the yellow. Wired it up and it works perfectly.
