Marble mosaic backsplash tile advice.

We are putting in this beautiful marble mosaic backsplash soon and I need help from you all. I need a little bit of trim in a few places. My contractor recommended schluter trim, but it’s too cold and sharp for me. I want something softer. It needs to be pretty thin, like 1/2-1 inch. What do you recommend?
Also, what color grout? I’m thinking of using a color that matches the shadowy area that is already between the tiles, cause I love the look of it without grout. Thoughts?
