Thank you so much everybody! I LOVE the cabinets painted in the Bittersweet Chocolate so that is a definite (and moonshadow, thank you so much for posting the instructions!) I will also check into all the colors that everyone suggested. I had sampled Sea Salt on my wall and it looked very "baby blue" to me (again it is just a sample and still in my awful lighting). A few years ago, I had painted what I thought was a definite grey-blue on the walls. When all was said and done, it was a "baby blue". I really hated it. I lived with it for a couple of years and then redid the bathroom (in country wallpaper etc. which I have now come to hate too!) That is probably why I am trying to capture the perfect greenish tone in the paint because my family will think I have lost it if I paint and it turns "baby blue"... Thanks, again, everybody. It looks like I have some researching to do!

I have the gray bodbyn cabs in my basement. We use SW Lazy Gray in the entire basement.

What a lovely space. I think some wall brackets with small chains and clear votive would look nice. You could place small plants in them or even candles. It would lessen the dilemma center the china cabinet on the wall or center the piano. Perhaps the piano could be placed on an angle in another corner or part of the room. Good luck.

There is probably a lot you could do to it if you were staying there, but if selling, the new owners will have their own ideas. Mainly, you need to clean up the front landscaping (no statues and other yard decor) and paint the entry doorway a color that makes it more of a focal point. Windows are not a cheap replacement, and new owners will have their own preferences for their style and caliber. Just clean them 'til they shine in and out. Repair anything broken, damaged or not functioning up to par. How's the roof? How's the HVAC? Is there carpet throughout and is it relatively new? Would new hardware in the kitchen make it more presentable? Then make it cleaner than you've ever had it. Hire help if cleaning is not your thing.
