It surprised me that they could keep them in almost total darkness in winter. I would have thought they would glass across the top, instead they used wood. And the idea of pruning so they stayed close to the ground was very interesting. You would have to be on your knees to pick the fruit tho'. Lol! My knees wouldn't like that. Lol!
