Comments (6)Your night bloomer is probably ( epiphyllum oxypetallum) "NIGHT BLOOMING CEREUS" - Any of various night-blooming cacti of the genera Hylocereus, Nyctocereus, Peniocereus, and Selenicereus, having large fragrant flowers. The common names "Night-Blooming Cereus" and "Queen of the Night" both refer to several different cacti. "Orchid Cactus" is also a common name for Epiphyllum oxypetallum. Comments (10)Well that would obviously be the easiest Norma. If someone gave them to me, of course I'd just ask them what kind of plant it is. But I happened to find these cuttings lying on a table at a nursery...I asked if I could take them and they said I could. I didn't know what plants they fell off of. Oh, and grandmascutting, I appreciate you're input, but #1 is definitely not a jade. I actually saw the plant it came off of...no doubt about it. But it doesn't matter cause it is in plant heaven now! They all are :( My tomentosa was starting to root in moist soil, and it just withered up and died. The last to die was the Adro, and it was on a bed of dry soil in sun (which was recommended and seems to be the propagation of choice), but that shriveled up pretty quickly. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I seem to have no luck with cuttings. I'm hoping it's because of the winter. I'll try again in the Spring. Thanks again, Gabi...See MoreLeaf ID help

Comments (17)I agree with BikerDoc that it is a Crassula ovate 'Hobbit'. It's a kind of Jade plant. The Topsy Turvy 'leaves' appear to each have a little sharp spine, but the 'leaf' in question does not. Plant it and see what you get! The leaf will root if you stick it in some potting soil or just lay it on top of the soil, snug it down so it touches the soil, water a little and it will root (or rot if you give it too much water)....See More- 6 years ago
