Hi! palladian is a tad more blue than BM wythe is. wythe is more green. . I have it in my entire basement. I'm attaching a pic of my basement bath. I have very similar tile as the op, I am going with SW contented, which is very similar to my wythe, it is a blue/green mix which leans more green. I have found in my bathroom that "more green" works better than "more blue". Acutally, the only reason we are not using wythe in our bath is because our bath opens to SW bamboo shoot in our master bedroom, and the Contented paint is listed on a brochure as being a match for bamboo shoot. wythe blue, oh how I love thee! LOL!

my3dogs - I remember seeing your bathroom in an earlier thread. Very nice. Now that I see the name "Cecelia", it sounds familiar. I think we do have the same granite. Your tile is a bit darker than mine. When we picked our granite and tile it was based on a 6" sample that had only bits of the dark color in it. We picked the tile to coordinate with the sample. I like the granite slab that we got, but I wish I could have selected the tile by comparing it to the actual slab (I would have gone darker with the tile). That is where I keep getting confused with the color. Since I don't think the tile and the granite work well together, I can't find a paint color to complement both. I do love color, but I'm tempted to just paint the bathroom a neutral cream/beige/off whited/etc... Or maybe something like rust. The cabinets are dark and the granite has slight grey/blue tones, in addition to the rust and creamy colors. That is where I got the grey/blue idea. There are deep purple specks in it too. I just finished painting our 1/2 bath SW plum brown to pick up on those colors. Here are some more pictures of the bathroom. The tile and granite actually look a lot better together in these pictures than they do in real life. I hope you're able to see what I am describing. It is hard to capture the true color of the granite, but I think the first picture is the best. As you can see, I haven't done a thing to it yet! The light fixture will be replaced and I want to frame the mirror after painting. BM steamed milk or BM smokey taupe are both Zen like tones.

What color headboard do you have? What color grey for the walls? Sounds lovely!
