From the Blue Star Manual: OVEN BULB REPLACEMENT ATTENTION Only use a 40 Watt Appliance bulb. Regular light bulbs cannot tolerate oven temperatures. Make sure oven is cool. Grasp the clear globe lens with your fingers and turn counter clockwise to loosen and remove. Replace the burned out bulb with a 40 Watt Appliance bulb. Replace the clear globe by turning clockwise. For Large (30”) PowR OvenTM in PlatinumTM Series only: Pry lens from housing. Lift bulb from socket. Replace bulb – do not touch halogen. Re-install lens making sure recess in glass is at base of bulb.

Lamp replacement for a Bosch HMT75M551B Built-in Microwave. All that is needed is a Phillips No. 2 screwdriver, wire cutters and a replacement lamp. (1 x T170 25W Microwave Oven Bulb with Base (Espares ES461903) Isolate appliance from the power source. Remove cap and screw (bottom central) holding the built in outer stainless steel surround to the kitchen housing. Remove the microwave from the housing. Remove the three screws on each side and back (9 in all) from the top cover on the top of the microwave and set aside. Remove five screws from the fan housing on top of the microwave and set aside. Remove the three screw at the bottom of the main cover. (Two at the back and one on the right hand side). Pull the whole of the main casing backwards to remove and set aside. The lamp can be seen located towards the front on the right hand side with three connecting wires. A red and brown at the front connection and a yellow wire to the rear connection. Disconnect the wire clips from the two old bulb terminals. It will be necessary to brake the plastic base cap to the bulb on the front side and unclip the base plate on the right to remove it from the bulb mounting. I used a pair of wire cutters to brake the bulb base plate to release the old lamp. When the lamp has been successfully removed in can be replaced by the new one and the wires reconnected as they were previously configured. Reassembly is the reverse of the disassembly. The whole process can be done in under an hour.

Unfortunately, there's a good chance that you'll have to change the entire unit. If you can determine who made it, you might try contacting the manufacturer to ask if it's serviceable and whether replacement parts are available. They may not be. I've run into cases where parts weren't available because the manufacturer was running low profit margins, and didn't want to spend any money to get UL certification for spare parts. I've heard of electronics hobbyists repairing their own LED lights in such cases. But this isn't something the average homeowner could do. I've been hesitant to go all in for dedicated, one-piece LED fixtures for this very reason. It's not so bad if you have only one fixture per room, but what if you have 2 or more? If you want them all to match, and you can't find a match to the failed one, what can you do? You either put up with a mismatch, or buy replacements for ALL of them. What a waste. That isn't a problem if you use good old fashioned incandescent fixtures, and install retrofit LEDs.

And one of these looks like it’s getting etiolated already, " You may actually have your lights too close to the soil surface. Plants do grow toward the light, and that should be at least approximately upward. I place my T8 shoplights as close together as they will go, with their reflectors touching each other. I get four shoplights over a 2-foot by 4-foot shelf. Those eight bulbs approximate a 2' x 4' rectangular planar light source. Click on the photo to see the larger version. I recommend the book, Gardening Under Lights: The Complete Guide for Indoor Growers (that is a clickable link) as a source of reasonably up-to-date information. On page 122, in the paragraph titled Distance from Light, Leslie Halleck says "The light source must be very close to your seedlings as they germinate, as near as 3 or 4 inches from the seeds as they emerge from the soil. If the light is further away, young sprouts can quickly stretch beyond their ability to remain intact." So, at 2 inches, I think you may actually have the lights too close to the soil surface. And you may not have enough tubes. If a seedling can "see" two different tubes, it may not be tempted to grow toward either of them. If a seedling can "see" only one tube, it is going to grow directly toward it. ZM (not associated with any product or vendor mentioned or linked)
