Kitchen- What do you think? Rightsizing and remodeling...

Hello Houzzers! My husband and I will soon be empty nesters and will be downsizing/rightsizing next year. We had thought to remodel our existing house and purchased my dream range, which we decided to take with us to new location. So, the 55.5" range size is non-negotiable. Also I have a beautiful vintage sink I'd like to use but it's 42"! We will be doing a 36" built in fridge.

I'm enamored of DeVol and Fit Kitchens. Swoon!!! The look I'm going for is a sort of modern farmhouse English/French, haha! Simple lines, inset doors in cabs.

I'd like to do built in China storage in the dining room by building into the den approx 15". We won't have a lot of storage in the new house and I do get joy from seeing all the pretty things, so I thought this would be a good option.

i know I have big dreams in a small space! Looking for ways to make everything flow and work together.

* I would like island to be larger. Not sure if seating should be on dining or family room side.

*is it possible to use my vintage sink?

*looking at ways to remodel bathroom, by utilizing space under stairs. would like bathroom to be accessed by entry. Maybe that would give me small pantry where bathroom door currently is.

*other thoughts are appreciated!!

Here's the house plan

I am looking at purchasing RTA cabs and received this design from Cliq ( Hi Sophie, if you're reading! I know they are ccc, just trying to get design started:)

Range and possible sink

Thanks in advance!
