Comments (10)White. There's white in the bedspread and lampshades, and I think it will look bright and crisp against the pink. Regarding art, the princess phase is only a few years for most girls. My daughter was in full-on princess mode from 3 to 5, but then entered a rebound phase where she started rejecting all things princess, or pink (at 13, she's now willing to re-add pink to her wardrobe). Comments (1)Trellises. I like these. They look neat and strong, you can use the number you want and space them out as you want. Take local advice on what to grow on them. http://www.gardenmetalwork.com/Trellis.htm...See MoreExterior wall awkwardly empty, need ideas (pics included)
Comments (2)Like the carport idea but would add vertical supports on each side and lift the peak of any forward facing gable roof above what is shown so the peak actually ends between the upstairs windows.. Even if you don't build a carport, you could build a gable shaped mini-roof/overhang against the exterior wall. Alternately, you could continue "overhang" of the roof of the left side of the left side of the house and have it turn so it could both shelter the sidewalk left of the garage and turn again so it can wrap around the front of the garage beneath the two windows. Between the windows, you could add exterior metal art between the upstairs windows. You might consider extending that front sidewalk several more feet and rounding the corner of it at the front left corner of the garage. Not a fan of shutters on your home. When you change the siding, consider not rehanging them....See MoreHelp with idea to design this empty space
Comments (18)Maybe it's the perspective of the photograph, but the sofa seems really far from the chairs. Could you float the sofa away from the wall, much closer to the window? Bring the sofa/coffee table/chairs into a tighter group that relate to each other. Then console table behind the sofa, under the art....See Morernonwheels
