Giving bathrooms face-lift. I love the elegant look of polished nickel. Husband is balking at expense. Brushed nickel is OK, but is it becoming a tired, overused look? Same for oil bronze? What about polished chrome, does it look cheap? I want the master bath to be an elegant, traditional style retreat. Any kind of gold or brass is out of the question, sick of it. Also limited on height of faucet because of medicine cabinet unit above sinks with mirror doors. Please let me know your opinions,
