New Deck and Louvered Roof Color Help Needed

Floor color is between espresso and cayenne. The louvered pergola is between all white or white post (not columns) with dark bronze roof frame with white louvers. Will an all white pergola be too much white against all white siding even though our railings will be black and brown decking?

Sorry have a very difficult time figuring out exactly what you are talking about.IMO this tiny deck is weird on this house I would make a much larger deck with different levels instead of all these stairs . I do not see any brick in your first pic but see it in the other one so IMO we need more info. Maybe some pics of the new deck from further away.

What is not confusing is that you will require greater support beneath the very attractive enclosed back room.

Is there a door to the lower level to the side of the cute play house? If so, you need some thoughtful advice from your local landscape adviser, or send me your engineer's plat for further advice, also at no charge, as you need help, pomajzir, as you appear to have given little thought to the ground level, rear yard development for the kids and adults, which needs some regrading to be useful below and attractive from the windows above. How about a slide from the lowest stair landing, for example?

I am happy to see that you did not have just one straight stairway, all the way from deck to turf.

Take a piece of decking to a paint store and have them do a color match. Some stores can tint the stain to achieve the desired color, if not they can do computer matched paint. Good luck

We have been told we should paint brick by more then one decorating person. I really didn’t want to do that if possible. i was asking for new colors now that we changed to a new color roof. Shutters, awnings, lights,etc. we live on five acres in country setting in northern Florida. All day sun in front of house. Like a desert , Reason for awnings. shutters were an after thought is why we were going to change size of awnings if we were to keep shutters on home. Thank you for your advice.

Thanks for the advice. The pictures show a deck that will be torn down. We are expanding to the far side of the bay window with new low maintenance PVC. The samples were just our color choices. The louvered pergola will be added ~16x16' over the new deck that will be 16x27'. The raised sunroom is on 3 6x6" posts with helical piers to 15'. The under deck space needs lots of work but is in phase 2 of the project. There is an exterior door behind playhouse.

Good luck - sounds like you have everything well in hand, but don't overlook mother nature and the benefits to be gained on the land, away from the TV and electrical outlets, especially if you have a family of growing minds and bodies.
