It would help to see a picture of the entire plant or, at the least, a description of the entire plant. The 6th (I think) image -- darkish leaves -- may be a flowering crabapple. Your most reliable source would be the builder of that model home. Since it is new there should be no problem finding the reference number.

I think it's a Moen maybe from the Integra series. Comes in stainless steel option. The handle looks a little different in the one linked below, though. Here is a link that might be useful: Moen

If you have to replace parts this is the step by step: Turn off water. Open valve to drain out any water pressure in line. Put old rag or towel over drain to catch any small part you might drop. Remove cap on faucet with small screwdriver. Remove screw that you see. Remove handle...put straight off. Large chrome ring that you see will have serations around the edge. Remove ring by turning counter clock wise with large pliers trying not to marr it up too badly. With chrome ring off you will see either one or two pieces of white plastic. If one has littel gooves in the face of it, put a screw driver in a groove and tap gently in a counter-close-wise direction to remove. Then pry the white plastic piece (cam) out with small screwdriver. Remove rubber seal behind white plastic piece. Ball that has stem on it should pull right out. Look with a flashlight in the hole and you will see 2 rubber seals. Remove rubber seals with needlenose pliers or a small pick. Behind the 2 rubber seals are springs....remove those using same method. All parts are now out. From the problem that you described I think you only need one rubber seal that's under the white plastic piece, but I would replace the 3 rubber parts and the springs.....about $5.00. The matching rubber seals and springs are normally referred to as "new style" and "old style." If you go to a place like HOme Depot, they will most probably only have one type. You are better off to go to a plumbing supply store that carries Delta parts and bring the parts with you along with your picture. If you plan to keep the faucet for many years, you may want to just replace everything as I described in my earlier post. And to answer your question, you don't have to reach "down" into the assembly. Everything will be right there and you'll be able to see fine with a flashlight. When reassembling just keep in mind that the white plastic cam has a little piece sticking out from the side. This little piece goes into a groove on the faucet. In other words it only goes in one way so don't force it.
