Paint Color Woes

Hi there, I'm having difficulty finalizing a paint color for open floor plan. There are a lot of variables here...long story short, flooded 2 feet in Harvey so entire downstairs was gutted. I'm trying to look at paint swatches against half stark white Sheetrock and half old really warm gold paint I can't wait to get rid of and plastic covered stuff causing shadows, etc...

There is not a huge amount of natural light. Living room windows are East and there is a pool and large trees behind fence. Also a large patio cover over east kitchen window. Other kitchen window is north. I really want to lighten and everything up and make it current. Possibly selling in a couple of years.

The upper kitchen cabinets will be painted aling with new lowers. Could go white or light greige Or light gray. Will also be adding crown molding in kitchen. Would prefer to extend upper cabs but not feasible now. There is also an island that went on the diagonal with an oval top.

I need to make a paint selection asap so flooring can be done in a few weeks. Kitchen will not be done until February. The flooring is a wood plank porcelain tile and granite is White Delicatus, but not one with a lot of busy movement. Will post selections.

So I've narrowed down paint selections to BM Balboa Mist...but occasionally I think I see a bit of purpley undertone perhaps??? Of all it seems to be the best fit all around... BM Light Pewter...like in some areas, others it's icy. Do like the Revere Pewter at 50% but it's still very dark for the large stairwell, and other spots. I like all of the colors but I'm finding these warm grays are chameleons.

Have tried numerous others and ruled out including Edgecomb Gray.

I do like the idea of the 50% Rever Pewter in kitchen...or maybe RP fully leaded if I go with white cabs, but could I transition that with Balboa Mist for main living areas??? and how do you handle the columns seperating the areas If I use 2 colors??

Any thoughts on these paint colors?? Thank you for your time and please excuse the huge mess! We are living upstairs in this construction zone!
