Trying to source Santalum Acuminatum 'Quondong/Quandong'

Having nearly completed landscaping project around the house I have realised that I sourced and planted incorrect Quondong/Quandong shrub/tree. I planted Elaeocarpus Eumindii - see left side of attached photo (grows to 20m) instead of Santalum Acuminatum (grows to 6m). Trying to source the Elaeocarpus Eumindiiwas difficult but not impossible, however trying to source Santalum Acuminatum has proven extremely difficult.

Two questions:

  1. Is anyone interested in a 45L+ Elaeocarpus Eumindii?
  2. Where can I source a 25-45L ish Santalum Acuminatum? (preferably in Sydney)

Thanks,

Peter

There's a couple of native nurseries along Mona Vale road east of Terrry Hills, just can't think of the name of them off hand, I reckon the best is north (turn left just before Tumbledown Dick Hill heading east) just where there is a section of divided road before the rise. If I remember right it's left, then left again and then right and you'll come to it. Good luck.
