I am not sure, but the first spot looks to me like damage from something you sprayed. I am not sure about the other. Hope others can help.

You need to post a photo of the entire tree. If it is only two leaves, I would not worry about it.

I hope it's from the spray but I don't understand why it would harm it though.. I thought it's supposed to kill the pests not the tree lol. Here are the pics. Second pic shows branch with the 2 browning leaves

Sry I don't have experience with browning of my lemon leaves yet but I was seeing that type of orange-browning on the tips of my Jasmine leaves. It was slowly turning that color from the tips but has stopped. I assumed it was salt burn because it's in a too small pot and constantly drying out and I was using tap water. Once I flushed it out a couple times, it stopped and I've repotted 2 out of 4 Jasmine stalks. I don't know if this connects at all with your tree but I use organic fertilizer so I know there's little chance of salt burn unless it was my watering. Good luck with your tree

When you say flush do you do it after taking the tree out of the pot? Or is there some other way you do it?

I sprayed it with 3 and 1 organocide.

You flush it by leaving the tree in the pot and pouring fresh water into it. Fill the pot, let drain and fill again. Do that three times.

The spray seems harmless. Just to be safe, rinse it off by spraying the tree with copious amounts of fresh water.

Fresh water as in treated water like distilled water? If not I can just use the hose like I always do. Thats the same as just watering the tree

I hope its harmless. But its only after I used the spray I started seeing yellow spots all over the leaves. And they are not mites like people say. I don't see them on there at all. And if I rinse it off won't the organocide also come off?

Distilled water is not necessary. Use water from the hose only if it has not been treated by a water softener system.

Yes, the organocide will rinse off. I suspect that the pests are dead by now anyway.

Just to let you know again, spider mites can't be seen by your normal eyesight. They're microscopic! University of Florida describes them as 1/50th inch long. The female is 0.4 millimeters.

You can't "see" spider mites, literally! But just because you cannot see them with your plain eyeballs, doesn't mean it's not on your plant. Your leaves show the most common spider mite symptom. I would advise you not to ignore the very high likelihood of spider mites on your plant. Your organocide will only kill adult bugs on contact but any eggs that are on your plant will not be affected. You'll have to keep spraying until you take down every last bug going through their adult phase
