I vote for southern leopard frog. They are usually not as green down here as they are in some parts of the country. I've looked at about 600 pictures of Cuban treefrogs, and though their coloration is highly variable, I can't find a single picture with that stripe behind the eye, Evelyn. Well, you've already learned from your other threads w/these same pictures that that's the tobacco hornworm. Eats huge amounts of leaves. At the size it is, will soon shift into becoming an adult moth.

He's not really a good guy but I don't think he'll hurt your strawberries (I'm sure more knowledgeable folks will let you know!). He looks like an immature stink bug of some sort. The strawberry looks a little shiny, like it's covered in dried snail or slug slime. Does it look that way in person?
