Boy was the fog thick this am, every spider web just glowed! Thought I'd share some pics.....

I'm honored by your appreciation of my garden. It means a lot to me. Juliet, thank you for your comment about Cottage Rose. After a year of not pruning I pruned it last winter and it seemed to like it. Audrey, my Cottage Rose came from Chamblee's in Texas. I don't know what conditions you have but in my hot, dry garden it's done very well. Not many people grow this old Austin any more but I'm quite fond of it. Fog adds so much depth and mystery to scenes doesn't it?! Beautiful.... (unless you have to drive in it!) Are you near a large body of water? We're near Lake Ontario but, oddly, rarely get fog here.

Yes woody, there are many lakes nearby. The sun was shining to start and then the fog rolled in...

Lily thank you, you will get there. It took me 7 years and that's only because I kept going and going and going, making more beds. I finally told myself that's enough! Just put border around all the beds (boy was that a job) this year to prevent myself from extending the beds anymore lol.
