Need Dining Chairs and Counter stools
I have a new townhouse bing built. It has high ceilings and an open floor plan. My husband and I cannot seem to agree on chairs nor stools. The only thing we agree on is that the stools need to be backless. I want something cool hip and stylish. This area is right next to the kitchen so I also need counter stools that don't have to match the chairs but I feel they need to compliment the overall look. Below are pictures of the table however the legs are a bit more weathered and darker brass color. Espresso kitchen cabinets with soft white quartz counter top and the Kichler pewter glass pendants (3 of these) The townhouse has tons of light. I would like to have an industrial chic feel not sure how to exactly pair that with the transitional kitchen. BTW I am building backwards next will be the living room

Comments (6)Having managed vacation properties from Vegas to the Jersey Shore for 15 years, I suggest you try to make the property pay for its own upgrades via rentals. If your area has an off season, you can plan for work to be done during that down time. To lessen the impact of the flooring, stain the grout lines to pop less, or take on a bigger project and have the tile re-grouted a darker color. Pick your favorite light shade from the tiles for wall paint, sticking with the warmer shades so they work with the orange tones of the cabinetry and table. Your samples on the wall look too cool for the flooring and cabinetry. Look for seating with some of the newer durable fabrics like Crypton.
