paint: before or after trim/final electric/final plumbing?

Hi - new construction bathroom in process in our basement. New walls and ceiling.

Tile is done (floor and shower walls). I primed the walls only (not ceiling yet). Waiting on GC to do trim (baseboard, door casing, door), then his electrician sub does final electric, then his plumber does final plumbing. I'm doing the painting myself.

Would you (finish coat) paint now? Prime and finish paint ceiling now? Wait to do anything until after GC is done?

I know it is easier to paint before the toilet and vanity are installed. But GC said the paint is going to need touch ups - which is what happened in our gut-reno master bath last year (its just impossible to get contractor type guys to be as careful as we would be with newly painted walls). If it matters I'm painting the ceiling white, walls light tan/yellow. There are 4 recessed lights - i.e., electricians could mark up ceiling paint. TIA!
