Need advice on siding color for additions, brick color and windows

Our house has a brick facade with siding on sides and rear. We are adding a garage at one end and a bedroom at the other end of the house. The house is in a rural area, not on a neighborhood street, and the approach is from the garage side, so the entire house is not viewed at once. The existing siding will be replaced to match the siding on additions.

We do not care for the brick or the round top windows. The window under the porch will be changed as part of a kitchen remodel.

Would you remove some/all of the brick? Limewash/paint it? We have a close, but not matching brick for the new foundations and will need to patch around new windows of different sizes.

What color siding if we keep the red brick? Siding color if brick is limewashed?

Any ideas for camouflaging or updating the two round top windows? It will be an expense to change them to square top and we wonder if there might be a way to work with them? The bedrooms they are in are small and have vaulted ceilings.

The roof is dark gray but appears black from a distance.
