Should be an echeveria, and it is very much stretching for sun (etiolated). You can trim it and restart the plant and put it at a brighter, sunny place so it will grow nicely and more compact. Watering depends on your soil, if you haven't repotted this before, chances are the soil is too heavy and water-retaining and your plants will be prone to root rot, so I would look into proper succulent soil mix on this forum, 50/50 perlite and cactus soil is a quick fix. If you get your soil sorted out, watering them every 7-10 days or 10-14 days should be adequate.

I love it! Just a thought, does the clay pots still retain the "breathability" of the terra cotta material? I mean the perks of growing in clay pots is because these "pores" within the pot breathe air to the roots, painting over them kind of beats that advantage away. I saw something similar to yours on west elm and they are not painted, but it definitely does not have the minimalistic appeal as yours do.

With the more narrow width of the leaves of the plant in question, it is not Kalanchoe/Bryophyllum daigremontiana but a hybrid thereof (with K. delagoensis): K./B. x houghtonii.

That is a very etiolated Echeveria, my guess is Echeveria ‘Perle Von Nurnberg’’. There’s a few way you can go about this, but this is what I would do. 1. I would first give it a good drink, give it a few hrs of the earliest morning sun and afternoon shade. 2. Wait about a 7-10 days and then repot in a better mix like Rina suggested with your other succulent. Remove as much of the old soil off the roots before putting in new mix. 3. Then I would slowly acclimate to stronger light and water once the mix is dry. 4. After about two months the Echeveria should have nice compact top growth because it has been getting more sun, I would behead it right under the rosette. Put the cutting aside in the shade till it forms a nice callus, this should take no more than a week for that sized stem. You can leave the cutting out of mix till roots form or pot it up, but no water till roots. Keep the rootless cutting out of strong sunlight, without roots the little guy could potentially fry. Once roots grow you can begin to water and slowly acclimate to it’s sunny spot. 5. This is optional, but once you cut the top rosette off you can keep the lower stem attached to its roots. Treat it like a normal succulent and it’ll become your Echeveria baby machine.
