Kitchen Paint Selection Help

I am in the process of building my dream kitchen. Because our ceilings are low (an addition to an old home, we had to have 8'5" ceilings to match roof lines), our cabinets will meet the ceiling trim (which will also be cabinet color as a result). In the main working kitchen, there actually isn't that much wall space to paint; it is in the breakfast area. This drawing (ignore the notes and dots) shows you what I mean re walls with paint.

I have picked out my countertop material (Bianco Rhino marble) and backsplash. These two photos were taken in the open air warehouse of the distributor.

After spending much time at the paint store (I've tried more greys, grey whites, and whites than you can imagine; I don't want to go dark), I decided to go with BM Owl Grey because I liked its soft, blue green undertones) on my walls and BM Brilliant White on the cabinets and trim bc it has a soft grey undertone (Dove White and that crew was too creamy; other whites like Simply white were too stark).

I took this photo today, so this is natural light only, and on a rainy day no less. The paint actually comes across as lighter than what is shown, especially the white.

Color selection input is welcome and appreciated! Thanks!
