Paint: Agreeable Gray vs Accessible Beige (Covering up bright colors)

Painting the entire interior of our new home before move-in.

Thoughts on Agreeable Gray vs Accessible Beige?

I'm usually a warm neutral/beige kind of person, so leaning towards Accessible Beige, but open to thoughts on other ideas. Definitely a neutral palate is needed, and don't want it feeling "cold" in Michigan winters.

Will be sticking with one color throughout, as we're having it professionally painted. It is a lovely traditional Colonial on the exterior, and we have eclectic traditional, rustic, mid century, farm house, antique taste. (I tend to oil/refinish wood, prefer unpainted wood furniture, though chalk paint some stuff that has already been painted/ruined). Currently the house is mostly carpeted throughout, with plans to put light hardwood in the future. Also, plan to paint kitchen cabinets white soon after move in.

Thank you!
