Tide with Bleach IMHO is the absolute best detergent for white. It has a bleach activator in it so the oxygen bleach works very good...just if you can find the HE which I'm told is hard to find..I don't buy the HE..also Amazon sells Tide Professional with Oxi...its not cheap but works amazingly well. Its formulated for hotels so it has more Oxygen Bleach in it than what's on the store shelves, its also got a more neutral PH to keep hotel linens looking nicer longer, and although it has a wonderful scent in the box it only leaves a fresh clean scent on the clothes since hotels don't want their linen having a perfumed scent. There have been a few rumors that this stuff is the same as what's on the shelf just bigger boxes but that's not true. Did I sing its praises enough LOL.

Eh, not to start an argument (I've washed on both Warm and Cold with good results, so no real stake in this game), but I don't really buy into the "if it touches your body it should handle hot water" claim. Using that logic you should be able to launder silk in hot water because it can withstand being worn, ironing and even steam, but we all know that that's a terrible idea. Brief partial contact is very different from extended submersion. Also, one thing that I find easier with Cold is being able to wash medium and dark athletic gear together with no fear of bleeding. Warm had caused a couple of my orange and fuchsia garments to bleed, so I was separating lights, darks and mediums. Now I just wash whites and very lights separately, and all the other spandex goes in together. Basically at this point my approach is "if it works well at 86F, why bother with 105F".

Pat, I'm glad there is no shortage of it locally...I hope it wasn't discontinued. Not sure if you knew this, but thewirecutter dot com tested it as part of their detergent review and it's their top pick! https://thewirecutter.com/reviews/the-best-laundry-detergent/ And my opinion on cellulase has recently changed...Kirkland Signature contains it and I found it actually removed the little fuzzies from my t-shirts making them look newer and it also helped remove dirt from the bottom of my white socks. I didn't notice any holes or premature wear in my clothes either. So, it's definitely an ingredient I wouldn't avoid or be concerned with.

FWIW, my boxes of All F/C powder w/stainlifters and Tide F/C powder both have enzymes listed in the ingredients . That same Tide F/C powder also has "Color safe bleach - sodium carbonate peroxide" listed on the side, so I avoid that one for dark colors. There might not be enough to make a difference, since it is not described as a "w/bleach" formula, but why test the fates? LOL I can't tell much difference between the two, but our clothing doesn't get very dirty, either. Hubby's sweaty golf clothing (poly wicking fabric) has come out really clean this summer, with the liquid All F/C stainlifters "odor relief". That inherent "funk" is gone. . . or sufficiently diminished to where it is not noticeable.
