cyn427, thank you for the link and suggestions! I do like mercury glass and I bet they would be pretty reflected in the mirror. oakleyok, here is a photo of the area. It's at the end of my kitchen, but separated by a cased opening. I still haven't put anything on the buffet. We just finished up getting all the Christmas containers put back in storage and I'm too tired to pull out anything else tonight. I have two banquet lamps that I would love to put on the buffet, but I'm afraid they would be way too tall. I might try them tomorrow and see how they look.

Chips a, Looking for local CA sources as well. Michou- I have ordered a 27" chandelier from Aceiron. I was inspired by Pirula's gorgeous one over her dining table. I haven't received it yet. So can't comment on the quality, packing, and shipping personally. The chandelier itself seemed cheaper than comparable items.. Cost was around $150 to ship to CA however. Lalitha
