Thanks duluthinbloomz4. I was a little worried about the Ostrich fern when I purchased it. It did appear to be yellowing/browning a little: But for $2, I figured I'd give it a shot. The Japanese beech fern still has a nice green color to it. Here's a pic of it: I have had several online gardeners tell me that buying plants from the clearance racks after their growing/blooming season is over is one of the best/cheapest ways to get your gardens established. But when you're a newbie gardener standing there in front of a bunch of plants that look like their dying, you get a little intimidated. Other than checking for root-rot, I'm not real sure what is/isn't normal.

Thanks to Breezygirl and Sochi. Yes, moving the cabinet next to fridge is better then current location. Cooking book is also a good suggestion, we don't have any cooking book at this moment :-) No pipes needed for the Sharp streamwave oven, it's steam, microwave oven and grill 3 in 1. Oh boy... Have i got a lot to learn... I'm still using the oven handle. In our remodel, the wall oven will be too far from the sink so i was happy that I could use the handle on the dishwasher. I don't think my wife would recognize me if i didn't have the dishtowel over my shoulder when she came home from work. OK, note to self... Look for really cool towel holder. Thanks for the idea. Our plan is to have a fully developed basement with wine cellar, but we're not sure when we can complete this. We can keep wine stored in a cool place until then but regardless if wine cellar is done immediately or down the road we would like to a the wine fridge in kitchen for immediate and short term consumption. We drink more red than white but with a wine fridge can start to enjoy whites more frequently. After reading above posts I'm not going to do the wine rack as we have so much window light and a sky light that would affect the reds stored in a rack. Here's another related question: we can get a 15" Subzero wine fridge (unclaimed order that salesperson wants to blow out of his store) for the same price as a 24" Marvel. Although SZ is superior and the price is incredibly low , I"m leaning towards the 24". Thoughts? Anyone have a Marvel wine fridge? Thanks to all for their responses on this!
