I'd be tempted to take off all the shutters, since they're way too small for your wide windows. Second choice black, although the current white isn't bad. Frond door I'd go with a cheery color that contrasts with the brick, especially to come out from under the new roof -- a bright medium blue, say.

I’d reverse the color scheme. Light trim and eaves. Add some trim to the bottom windows. And if you aren’t afraid of color, I’d pop the front door with maybe something in the coral/pink to orange range.

Remove the shutters, problem solved. Can the trim around the windows be painted? Is there any? Hard to tell from the photo. The brown of the column is quite dominating, would you consider painting it? In your case, I would focus on getting a consistent look at the windows (the curtains at the window to the left of the door are brown on one side and white on the other?) Am I seeing that right? And landscaping (even though you’re selling) those shrubs don’t enhance your cute entry. Add stylish house numbers to the column and it’ll look great. So you get an idea:

I hate the color of the rock, but at some point this home will become a rental, so I don't want to change things that don't need changing just to suit my personal taste. Appreciate your point of view. @misecretary Great and important question! Definitely more of a beige! I have added additional pictures above that hopefully give you a better idea of the color of the stucco and the rocks. The trim & windows are all the same color as the shutters.
