Great Blue Lobelia… NOT!

I got a plant in a garden club sale that was supposed to be Great
Blue Lobelia.

When it bloomed I saw it was a white rayed aster-like flower,
which I really think is a common roadside weed.

Look at the thin stem going toward the upper right, with the dried flowers:

I took some additional photos of the seed pods. The other pictures I took of this plant
turned out too blurry to use.

I saw today that …wait a second…a month later, new flowers
are forming?! Quite different from the previous ones. I realized what I have
are TWO unknown plants. The aster-like plant (still visible at upper right) has
narrower leaves and you can still see the pods. The other plant I can see now will be larger and has almost completely
taken over. Looks like a blackeyed susan or some form of rudbeckia?

What do you say? Weeds? Just 2 different ones?

Weird. My post kept disappearing last night. I'll see if I can delete it.

the tiny white aster looking blooms ( now dead) look like the remains of the weed fleabane to me .

Here is my great blue lobelia next to your questionable one. Sorry but I don't think it is one.

Apart from the colors (which could be just a matter of different lighting) your leaves look much thicker and the toothing is a little different.
