Front door/exterior design decisions. 1950's brick ranch.

Would love some input on a design dilemma in the front of my house.

I live in a 1950's ranch in with the original brick color. I'm not interested in painting the brick but am struggling on what color to paint my new front door.

I am thinking of either painting it blue or green (pictures attached) and lean slightly more toward the blue. So here are a few of my questions....

-Can I paint the door one of these colors and keep the black screen door? Or would I need to switch it out for something metal or white?

-Does this at all influence my shutter color? Right now they are black. Should they change?

-Speaking of shutters- do you think my large front window needs shutters?

-What about painting trim around windows to match door color?

-Any thoughts on painting the white siding on the upper part of the house? There is also an addition on one end of the house that is white vinyl. What about painting that too?

Thanks for your thoughts in advance!
