It's not the brick per se. It looks weird because there is a huge blank space between the windows and the doors are black holes. @lindsey's suggestion, above, solves both of these problems.

There is nothing wrong with the amount of brick, but you have too many other elements. You have a brick house, a stone wall, brick ( pavers?) driveway, stone retaining wall, flagstone steps(?), etc. I would paint the garage doors either white or a color close to the color of your brick house. I would also remove the stone from the small stone wall. Garage doors with Windows would change the look, too. As suggested, a pergola would be nice.

To break up the expanse of brick, one option is to attach a metal wall pergola. This will look quite nice above your two garage doors provided this is wide enough. If not, then consider mounting one over each door.

If you leave the brick you might consider eliminating the white trim around the windows and lighten the garage doors
