There have been some spectacular sunsets lately. I took this picture as we were out for our evening walk. The sky was on fire.

Wildfires in the west are adding particulates to the air, far and wide. This adds to the pollution, creating more red and orange effects when the sun is low to the horizon.

That's the only thing I miss from my last house. Sat up on a hill with no trees blocking my view. I could watch the sunrise from my living room window every morning, and the sunset behind my kitchen every night. Beautiful, Glenda.

Wow! That is a stunner. My view for sunsets is like yours, Glenda. I have trees and houses in my way. Whenever I hear someone saying what a great sunset we had, I just have to use my imagination. Maybe I should get out more around that time??
