Question about properly using Epsom Salt for hot peppers.

So, right now I am using Fish Fertilizer and Epsom Salt on my peppers on a weekly alternating schedule. One week I pour the fertilizer on their roots in place of watering, the other week I spray their leaves with Epsom Salt dissolved in water from a spray bottle.

However, I am not sure if I am doing the salting right. I know that you can't store any unused fertilizer after mixing it and have to either use it all or throw it out, but I am not sure about the salt. Since you are only supposed to spray a little bit on the leaves, I of course have nearly the entire bottle left over. Can I keep this mixture and re-use it every 2 weeks, or do I need to make a fresh batch of Epsom Salt dissolved in water every time I want to spray my plants with it?
