Having a glass ceiling as opposed to the fully enclosed shower shown (an insulated ceiling) is going to pose some challenges: the surface of the glass is going to act as a condenser and rain cold water. Maybe not a lot, and not noticeable with the shower running but if you stay inside to dry off you are going to get dripped with cool water. The other aspect is going to be maintenance of both the interior surface (which will dry with lots of waterspots unless you squeegee cold water down on yourself) and the outer surface which is going to be a dust collector that you are have to get on a ladder and reach over to clean. Its an interesting idea, but for me personally, the potential negatives would outweigh the potential pluses.

There is a search box at the top of the page and the minimum expected output for someone who is starting out is that they would do a search of this forum to learn about a subject by reading earlier threads. So search on "non-skid flooring" or non-slip flooring and see what discussions have taken place before. It can't hurt to google that, either. As for your cabinet, the sites mostly all have great search functions for specifying what you are looking for. Do you want wall-hung or free-standing? Modern, Transitional, or Traditional? Doors, drawers, or both? Vessel or recessed sink? How deep? Build.com, Wayfair, Houzz.com, Homedepot.com, AllModern.com (it is part of Wayfair, but just the modern stuff), DecorPlanet.com, SignatureHardware.com and probably a thousand other sites carry vanities. You can get more specific in your site selection by adding a decorating style to your google search. You will not be able to specify 27" at most sites, but will be able to specify a range, like 25-30" or so. As for a "high toilet," look for one that says ADA on it, then open up the spec sheet on the site (if available) to see the drawing that may show the height to the rim of the bowl or to the seat if it is included with the sale of the toilet itself. Many toilets do not come with the seat. The ADA height has a range, and if you are picky about getting the high end of that range, as I am, you will need to check. ADA height is one of the search terms you will find at the toilet sites.

Material cost is only a fraction of the equation. Labor costs make up a bigger percentage of total price and that will vary from location to location. rural Texas is likely a much lower COLA than the New York metro area. My only advice is to not accept a low ball quote for the showers. Waterproofing and properly sloped pans are essential. In retrospect I wish I bought a Kohler shower pan. So many horror stories on the bath and remodel forums pertaining to uncontracted inexpensive shower constructions. This week alone I have seen five examples of issues. Mistakes happen even with a contract, as I found out but If you have a strong contract specifying how the shower will be constructed and waterproofed if it fails you have redo or refund protection. I imagine you won't be changing the layout. I'd be measuring everything and shopping for my elements (tub, toilet, flooring, vanity, lighting, plumbing....) What type of storage do you need? Do you prefer a cabinet type vanity or one with drawers? Is an extra cabinet above the toilet necessary or can you find a vanity that will stock everything? Perhaps a medicine cabinet would make sense? Could you do a recessed one? My suggestions: keep the design simple and easy to clean. I like slab or shaker doors on cabinets - nothing with a lot of trim or details. I'd keep everything white (perhaps a wood tone vanity) and add colour with a fun shower curtain that can be changed every few years, bright towels, soap dispenser, etc. The essential thing in a bathroom is that it be done well so I'd skimp on the lighting fixture before the labour and waterproofing.
