If you don't use your PC for bank or financial access, it's probably ok to have your browser save passwords. If you do, however, I think doing so presents a needless security risk. It's the same as writing your passwords on a piece of paper that you tape to your PC, anyone can use them if they gain physical access to your PC. I use a different approach for benign (non-risky) passwords, including by the way my also too long and unrememberable library account number. I created a text file with these non-troublesome passwords and account numbers, and I put a shortcut to that file on my desktop. When I want to go to my library site, I first click on the shortcut, then copy off the account number, which I can then paste directly into the sign-on section on the library webpage. It's quick and easy to do. That way my browser doesn't bug me about saving passwords at every sign-on. For the more risky access passwords, I think the safest thing is to remember them and perhaps write them down somewhere away from your PC.

Would love to hear from anyone who used a white from the Hardie “dream collection”…I’m renovating a colonial and want a true white. The arctic white is very popular where I live and it definitely appears gray, especially next to white Azek trim and it’s not the e look I’m going for.

put it in my garage ==>> im very surprised a z7 plant survived z4 over winter in a garage .. go figure.. its sun starved.. it needs to be brought out into FULL SHADE protecting from late frost freeze .. for at least a couple weeks.. by which time ... it should color up ... it would be called hardening off to new light ... once it does ... i would wonder if it could be give a severe haircut.. and try to take it back into a better form ... i would also try propagating it.. as most sedum will grow if they just touch soil ... bottom line.. i dont know if you will end up continuing the love affair this season .. and yo wont know.. until mid to late season... before it recovers ... it surprises me.. you can find another yellow variation on the theme that is more zone appropriate ... i have one that is lime green with yellow flowers that is bulletproof in my z5.. but i dont know the name right now .. if i ever knew it ... lastly.. never get rid of something.. mess around with it.. and learn something.. even if all you learn is.. that you were right and should have gotten rid if it a few months earlier ..... lol ... but i would be planting it on that container this spring ... i dont think it will recover fast enough to please you ... ken
