If you googled this bedspread and did not find it, then maybe it was discontinued. I have a cream matelasse bedspread with a matching bed spring cover in a simpler design that I purchased years ago from Lands End. It is still looking quite good❣️I love matlasse.

I was unable to find anything similar. I thought perhaps Ikea would have something. But no luck really. You could just find two matching cabinets or cupboards and mount them on the wall and place a board across them. Et voila you would have a desk and two cabinets and then you just put shelves or a bookcase above the cabinets. You just need to make sure that it is well-mounted and that you have enough depth and width to work on the desk. You would have to be careful I would think that the bookcases do not becoming too cluttered if they are used for whatever work is done on the desk. Also make sure that the cabinets are mounted at the correct height.
