Is that a piece of the siding with the roof samples? While I like the gray roof better (black is so severe), I don't know how that would look to have the roof the same color as the house. So I suppose I vote for the black.

A charcoal roof is definitely a great idea. It will look fantastic with the brick. For the gutters, fascia, and trim, you've got a few options—depending on what appeals to you most. White/off white would be the most traditional for gutters, trim and fascia. Using a gray, everywhere, like the gray on the windows of your front porch, will give everything a more updated and sleek look. Or, you could do your gutters and fascia one color, and do all your window trim in black or another color. I would recommend repainting your fascia to match whatever color gutters you choose (and I'd use the same color for the downspout). And I'd also recommend painting all your window trim the same color. I personally really like the gray trim with the black you've got going on with the front porch windows. I'd carry that look to all the other windows on the house. Here's a little sampling of each of those looks, plus a color combination or two you may not have considered. your house is more of spanish ranch, and the dream house is more of a tudor. what kind of roof are you doing? the same type or a clay spanish style, metal?? "I don't want my house to blend in or stand out like sore thumb". lol. well, then what would you like? If it doesn't blend in w/the others, it's going to stand out. It's good to be different. this body somewhat mimics yours and what you want, w/the pop outs done in a darker color. it still has the tile roof though. I don't care for the taupe-pink color, but imagine this in a warm white w/a tan or soft black trim. spanish styles look nice in soft whites w/black trim, some nice tile work or stone work on the body. this spanish style is one of my favorites. most homes like yours are light with a brown, black or that patina color of greenish/blue. do your home a favor and get a spanish style roof, or the metal roof (metal roof will last your lifetime). so some sort of talavera or saltillo type of tile. NM is the perfect place to have a home like this. why don't you look at Spanish Ranch homes and see if you find anything you like?

I would not do a green roof. Not w/all of those slate colors. I would pick a bronze/charcoal roof, and bring in copper color downspouts/gutter, w/Urbane Bronze trim work. beautiful Weathered wood on the left shingle,,the darker one not sure. But it looks really cool against those copper tones if you want green, look at SW Jasper
