Urgent: The Size of Hole for Undermount Sink

Hi All,

My granite countertop will be installed tomorrow morning and the installer will drill holes on site. What the normal size of hole do you usually have for a undermount sink?

I will need three holes for now, one for faucet, one for air gap and one for soap dispenser. I checked the measurement for the three items, the recommended hole size from 1-1/4" to 1-3/8". But they all will work on up to 1-1/2" holes. I'm thinking to have the installer drill all three holes at 1-3/8". Is this size big enough for normal kitchen accessories if I have replace some of them in the future? Or I'd better go with 1-1/2" holes.

Also, what is the spacing recommended for three holes? the sink is 30 inch single bowl.

Thanks in advance.
