Comments (1)You will have to harden them off and get them used to the UV light. That takes at least a week. If the weather is fine set them outside in a shady place. The north side of your house is fine. The next day move them to a place with dappled shade--like under a tree or where they have morning sun and are shaded the rest of the day. Every day move them a little more into the sun until they are in the sun all day. Then you can plant them...See MoreHow do I kill weeds that are growing out of bush roots?
Comments (0)I have a bush in front of my house that has been getting overrun by a vine type weed. The weed will grow up the house and attach to everything. I'd ideally like to keep the bush but kill the weed for good. Is there a way that I can do that, or do I need to pull the whole bush out? STICK some 3 to 5 inch cuttings ... and then but it in a quart bag with the top open facing up.. and left open .... just a little humidity trap ... in the alternative.. in a glass of water.. but... AS SOON AS YOU SEE TINY ROOTS .... do the above ... dont grow long water roots... and then try to convert them to dirt roots .. if you will ... check out some of these ... https://duckduckgo.com/?q=rooting+pothos&t=ffab&iax=videos&ia=videos i would not bother trying to incorporate them into the old pot.. unless in spring.. you bare root all of them ... take more cuttings.. and then repot them all together ... this is so easy.. its one of those things that if you fail at it.. just give up gardening .. lol ... and i know you arent a newb.. or going to fail... so do the right thing .... [does anyone get that reference???] ken...See Moretropicofcancer (6b SW-PA)
